Acceptance of terms
By accessing or using any services or products offered by Ornatefx Ltd. through ornatefx.com (“OrnateFX”), you agree to be bound by the terms set out in this Trading Platform Agreement. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, do not access or use OrnateFX services or products.
This Trading Platform Agreement applies to all users and clients of OrnateFX.
Binding agreement
By accepting this Trading Platform Agreement, you are entering into a legally binding contract with Ornatefx Ltd. You acknowledge that your use of OrnateFX services and products constitutes acceptance of this Agreement and any other applicable OrnateFX contractual documentation, including but not limited to our General Terms and Conditions and the Risk Disclosure.
Age requirement
You must be at least eighteen (18) years old, or the legal age for entering into binding contracts under the laws applicable to you, to use OrnateFX services or products. By continuing to access or use the platform, you confirm that you meet this requirement.
Misrepresenting your age to obtain access to OrnateFX services or products is strictly prohibited and constitutes a breach of this Agreement.
Termination
OrnateFX reserves the right to terminate this Agreement and to deny access to its services and products to any user who breaches the terms set out in it. On termination, you must cease all use of OrnateFX services and products immediately.
Modifications
OrnateFX may modify or update this Agreement at any time without prior notice. It is your responsibility to review the Agreement periodically. Your continued use of OrnateFX services and products after any modification constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
